Brigham City Temple

After playing with the kids we all drove to Brigham City, UT to see the open house of the New Brigham city Temple.    We, of course stopped at MADOX restaurant for dinner. Famous for their buffalo meat.   We had corn on the cob and even corn bread.   Avin ate his corn bread like corn on the cob. We road in a HOT bus to the temple from the k-mart parking lot.   What a beautiful temple.   We met Kurt and LeLana Manship there and ate dessert at their house after the tour of the temple. As you can see the Brigham city tabernacle is right across the street from the new temple.   For many years the land that the temple is built on was a school.   So when it was so old and torn down it really did become a perfect place for the temple.  Verne got to have lunch with Cohen on Friday the 24 of Aug.   Cohen is in 1st grade now and school started Aug. 22nd.
