Spent the day mowing, emptying the sand out of the sand filter on the pool. Put up a bunch of flags…………………looks good. Mom gets home tomorrow at 3 pm. I am going to Lindsi’s tonight for a BBQ. Callie and Logan with families will be there. Should be fun……….was fun……..strawberry-

I have been a slacker and not kept up. We went to Boise to clean out Grandma Manships house 3weeks ago, had my birthday and Mothers day in the pool house, and now it is Memorial Day weekend. Mom is in Roy with Heidi after a stay with Grandma. I am left alone again.
The pool is torn apart waiting for a warm day to put a new liner, and the hot tub sprung a leak , and I am waiting for parts to fix it. It has been raining like mad for the last week and I can’t even get in the hot tub to relax. I planted the yard yesterday, spread 3 yards of 3-way soil on it first. That was a workout. I just finished planting and the heavens opened and dumped on me. I was going to mow but the belt on the mower brake so I had to fix that.. I will be happy when I get everything working again.
We have four new additions to our hen house.
Two buff Orpingtons, one golden Wyndotte, one blue laced red wyndotte. I am freezing some chocolate Macadamia nut ice cream right now. I will have to put a picture on the blog of it.
