A Country Boy will Survive
Onward to Zions Camp
We had them pull their handcarts up a steep hill with ropes, had all the men conscripted to the Mormon battalion, and had the women pull the carts up a steep hill. It was hard watching them pull all by themselves. But they did it. There were 550 people.
We then crossed a lake on a replica ferry. Very authentic. The youth were great. So was my assistant trail boss.

Its done
We started the latest project at the house last fall. Here we are in May and it is finished. The waterfall is a reality. I must say it looks good. Lori pushed and lifted each huge rock through me. See had a vision and, well here it is.
The flower at the top is a Devils Tongue. It smells like rotting fish, attracts flies and eats them. Perry gave it to us 20+ years ago. And then a shot of the babbling rock.
