Devils Tongue and the 4th of July

Years ago Perry gave us a plant that he called “Devil’s Tongue” we have had years of fun watching it grow and amazing everyone how much it STINKS.   It even attracts flies it stinks so much.   Oh well, it really is an interesting plant.   The forth of July was great.   The weather cooperated and it was sunny and warm.   We made homemade ice cream, and ate hamburgers with the Dyer family.   We joined the Foltz family later that night for the most amazing firework display ever.   It really does get better.   Thank to our pyroclastic engineers, Larry, Doug, Brandon, and Rick.   We are glad that Brandon didn’t get hurt too bad. (He had a firework explode too soon and really scared us.)                                                        296297298300301304305306307309314317319
