Concrete, Waterfalls, Mothers Day and Birthdays

This was a busy weekend. Friday, Lori and I worked all day on the waterfall we are building in the back yard. We then raced over to Lindsi and helped frame up thier new patio. Saturday morning we poured the concrete, went home worked on the yard, and at 8pm went back and washed off the new patio. Turned out pretty good. I learn something new every time we do one of these projects.
On Sunday we went to Callies for Mother day dinner. It was fabulous, ribs, corn on the cobb, and of course Strawberry ruhbarb pies. Then it was time for Evelyns and Codys first birthday party. They really had fun. More fun than reading this blog.
Hopfully Lindsi and Callie will put some pictures of our project on thier blogs. Almost forgot my birthday pie. Yum!

Looks like a ton of fun! I want to see pictures of the waterfall. Is the rubarb from the garden already or is it the stuff from last year?
